Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled

Master Barber

to join our elite team. The ideal candidate will embody the ALKEMY philosophy of precision, creativity, and luxury service, delivering bespoke grooming experiences for our distinguished guests, including VIPs, celebrities, and global travelers.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver world-class barbering services including haircuts, shaves, beard design, and grooming rituals. Provide tailored consultations to guests to understand and achieve their desired look. Maintain exceptional service standards in line with ALKEMY's luxury guest experience. Stay updated on global trends in men's grooming, haircuts, and beard styling. Ensure a pristine, hygienic, and professional working environment at all times. Promote ALKEMY's signature rituals and exclusive treatments to guests.

Requirements:

Minimum 5 years of experience as a barber, with at least 2 years in a senior/master barber role. Proven expertise in advanced barbering techniques and men's grooming. Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to engage high-profile clientele. Professional appearance reflecting ALKEMY's luxury standards. Knowledge of luxury service culture (hospitality, salons, or spas) is highly desirable. Fluency in English required; Arabic or other languages are a plus.
