Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Auto Electrician to diagnose, repair, and maintain electrical and electronic systems in German luxury vehicles. The ideal candidate will possess expert-level knowledge in wiring, coding, programming, and online/offline diagnostics, ensuring the highest standards of technical excellence and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform advanced

online and offline diagnostics

using manufacturer-specific software (e.g., Mercedes STAR, BMW ISTA, Audi VAS, VW ODIS). Radar Programming, Troubleshoot and repair complex electrical and electronic systems, including: Engine management systems Transmission control units ABS, ESP, and airbag systems Infotainment, telematics, and ADAS (Advanced Driver Assistance Systems) Wiring harness repairs and modifications Perform

coding, programming, and adaptation

of control units (e.g., key programming, module replacement, software updates). Lead and mentor junior technicians, providing guidance on complex electrical issues. Maintain accurate records of diagnostics, repairs, and parts used. Ensure all work complies with manufacturer standards and safety protocols. Communicate effectively with service advisors and customers to explain technical issues and recommendations.

Qualifications & Skills:

Experience:

Minimum

10 years

of experience as an Auto Electrician. At least

5 years of UAE-specific experience

working with German luxury cars.

Technical Expertise:

Proven mastery of

online/offline diagnostics

for German brands. Expertise in

wiring diagrams, circuit testing, and harness repair

. Hands-on experience with

coding, programming, and software flashing

. Familiarity with tools such as

Autel, Launch, Bosch, or OEM-specific devices

.

Soft Skills:

Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities. Leadership skills and ability to work under pressure. Excellent communication skills (

English required;

Arabic is a plus).

Certification:

Formal certification from a recognized institute or manufacturer (e.g., Mechatronics, DEKRA, Bosch) is highly preferred.
