Black & Grey HR is currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Master of the Catamaran. This position offers a unique opportunity to combine your maritime expertise with event management skills. As the Master of the Yacht, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the successful execution of maritime operations. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

- Navigation and Route Planning: Safely navigating the vessel, planning routes, and ensuring compliance with international maritime regulations.

- Cargo Management: Supervising the loading, stowage, and discharge of event-related cargo, ensuring proper handling and safety.

- Crew Leadership: Managing and leading the ship\'s crew, including hiring, training, and ensuring efficient teamwork.

- Communication: Serving as the primary point of contact with authorities, port officials, and other vessels to coordinate event logistics.

- Regulatory Compliance: Ensuring full compliance with all applicable laws and regulations, including safety, environmental protection, and customs.

- Maintenance and Budget Management: Managing vessel maintenance and operational budgets to ensure seamless event operations.

Requirements

- A valid Master Mariner license or equivalent certification.

- A minimum of 10 years of experience in maritime operations.

- Experience with working on 35 Meters yachts

- Excellent navigational and seamanship skills.

- Strong leadership abilities.

- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.

- In-depth knowledge of international maritime regulations and safety standards.

- Budget management and financial acumen.

- High level of attention to detail and organizational skills.

- Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
