Function description At iPS Powerful People, we are proactively building a pool of experienced Masters for a range of upcoming offshore assignments. This campaign is not linked to one specific vacancy but is designed to connect with skilled professionals who are ready to mobilize and lead operations at sea. As a Master, you will be responsible for the overall command of offshore vessels and ensuring the safety, efficiency, and compliance of all onboard operations. Key responsibilities include:

Commanding offshore vessels in accordance with international maritime regulations and company procedures Ensuring safe navigation, vessel maneuvering, and operational performance Overseeing crew management, training, and onboard discipline Maintaining compliance with client requirements and HSE standards Coordinating with onshore teams, clients, and project stakeholders Leading emergency response drills and safety briefings Requirements Requirements:
