Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled and compassionate

Massage Therapist

to join our wellness team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing a variety of therapeutic massage treatments to promote relaxation, relieve muscle tension, improve circulation, and enhance overall well-being of clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet clients and assess their needs, concerns, and medical history before beginning treatment. Perform a range of massage techniques including: Swedish Massage Deep Tissue Massage Aromatherapy Lymphatic Drainage Hot Stone Massage (if applicable) Reflexology (if applicable) Slimming or Anti-Cellulite Massage (if part of service offerings) Create a relaxing and positive client experience through professional interaction and a calm environment. Recommend treatment plans based on client needs and provide aftercare advice. Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the massage room and tools at all times. Comply with all safety, hygiene, and sanitation regulations. Ensure proper documentation of each session and maintain client records confidentially. Upsell massage packages, memberships, or wellness products when appropriate. Participate in staff meetings and regular training sessions for professional development.

Qualifications:

Diploma or certification in Massage Therapy from a recognized institute. Minimum 1-2 years of hands-on experience in a spa, clinic, or wellness center. Strong knowledge of human anatomy, muscle groups, and massage techniques. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to work in a team-oriented and customer-focused environment. Physically fit and able to perform massage duties throughout the day.
