Key Responsibilities
Provide professional massage therapy sessions tailored to client needs.
Deliver high standards of client care, maintaining a professional and welcoming environment.
Ensure treatment rooms and equipment are clean, sanitized, and maintained at all times.
Conduct consultations to understand client health history and requirements.
Recommend appropriate therapies or follow-up sessions based on client needs.
Adhere to DHA guidelines, health, safety, and hygiene protocols.
Promote additional services and wellness products to maximize client benefit and revenue.
Maintain accurate treatment and progress records as per clinic policy.
Qualifications & Requirements
License:
DHA licensed Massage Therapist (mandatory).
Experience:
Minimum 2 years of relevant UAE experience.
Education:
Diploma/Certification in Massage Therapy or related field.
Languages:
Proficiency in English (Arabic is an advantage).
Skills & Competencies:
o Strong knowledge of therapeutic and relaxation massage techniques.
o Excellent communication and client relationship skills.
o Professional, well-groomed, and customer-focused.
