Role Overview

We are seeking a

highly professional Female Massage Therapist

with a

5-star hotel or luxury spa background

, capable of delivering exceptional therapeutic experiences while confidently engaging with high-profile and premium clientele.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver a wide range of massage therapies, including: Relaxation / Swedish Massage & Madero Therapy / Aroma Massage Deep Tissue Massage Sports & Recovery Massage Lymphatic Drainage Prenatal / Postnatal Massage (advantage) Conduct thorough client consultations and customize treatments accordingly Provide a luxury-standard service experience from greeting to post-treatment care Maintain strict hygiene, sanitization, and safety standards in line with DHA guidelines Confidently communicate treatment benefits and aftercare recommendations Build rapport and long-term relationships with elite clientele Collaborate with fitness trainers and wellness professionals for integrated recovery plans Ensure treatment rooms and equipment reflect 5-star cleanliness and presentation
Requirements & Qualifications

Certified Massage Therapist from a recognized institute

Minimum 2-4 years of experience in a 5-star hotel, luxury spa, or premium wellness center (mandatory)

Fluency in English is mandatory

(clear, confident communication)

Confident and polished in speaking with luxury and high-net-worth clients

Strong knowledge of anatomy, muscle recovery, and therapeutic techniques Valid

DHA / MOH / international certification

(or eligibility to obtain) Well-groomed, professional demeanor with excellent client-handling skills Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends
Preferred (Added Advantage)

Experience in fitness recovery or sports therapy environments Multilingual skills (Arabic or other languages a plus) Exposure to VIP clients, celebrities, or elite memberships Knowledge of advanced wellness therapies and recovery techniques
