Job Description

ALL - ROUNDER Madero Expert OWN VISA (preferred) proven experience working in salon ability to multi-task with great customer service skills
Key Responsibilities

Client Assessment:

Discussing client health history, lifestyle, and areas of discomfort to tailor treatment plans.

Massage Therapy:

Applying techniques like Madero, Swedish, deep tissue, hot stone, or prenatal massage using hands, forearms, or tools to manipulate soft tissues.

Treatment Planning:

Designing specific sessions to address pain, injury, tension, or relaxation goals.

Client Education:

Advising clients on posture, stretching, wellness, and other healthy practices.

Documentation:

Completing intake forms, charting client progress, and maintaining accurate records.

Clinic Maintenance:

Ensuring therapy rooms and common areas are clean, neat, and stocked.

Promotions:

Communicating wellness benefits and promotions to clients to encourage repeat visits.
Essential Skills & Qualifications

Knowledge of various massage modalities (MADERO, Swedish, deep tissue, sports massage, etc.).

Strong understanding of anatomy and physiology.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client interaction.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From AED3,500.00 per month
