Job Requirements - Massage Trainer

Education & Certification:

Diploma or certification in Massage Therapy from a recognized institution (CIDESCO, CIBTAC, VTCT, or equivalent preferred). Valid professional license or registration (as per local regulations). Additional certifications in anatomy, physiology, or specialized massage techniques (e.g., sports, deep tissue, aromatherapy) are an advantage. Teaching or training certification preferred (e.g., Train-the-Trainer, VTCT Level 3 Award in Education and Training).

Experience:

Minimum 2-5 years of practical experience as a professional massage therapist. Prior experience as a trainer, instructor, or mentor in a spa, wellness academy, or beauty institute is highly desirable. Proven record of delivering client-centered treatments and maintaining professional standards.

Skills & Competencies:

Strong knowledge of massage theory, anatomy, physiology, and safety protocols. Excellent practical skills in various massage modalities (Swedish, deep tissue, hot stone, sports, etc.). Ability to demonstrate and teach proper techniques clearly and effectively. Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Patience, leadership, and motivation to support students' development. Good organizational and assessment skills to evaluate student performance. Commitment to maintaining hygiene, professionalism, and continuous learning.

Other Requirements:

Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus). Physically fit to demonstrate massage techniques for extended periods. Professional appearance and attitude aligned with industry standards.

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month
