Position Summary:

The Massage Therapist will be responsible for providing professional massage services to restaurant employees to help reduce stress, relieve muscle tension, and promote overall wellness. This role supports employee well-being and ensures staff are physically relaxed and energized for their daily work.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide massage therapy sessions to restaurant employees as scheduled. Apply appropriate massage techniques (such as Swedish, deep tissue, or pressure-point massage) depending on the employee's needs. Maintain a clean, organized, and relaxing work environment at all times. Ensure proper hygiene and sanitation of massage tools, linens, and equipment. Monitor and record the details of each session for internal tracking (if required). Coordinate with HR and Restaurant Management to plan and organize massage schedules. Uphold confidentiality and professionalism when dealing with all employees. Stay updated on health and wellness practices relevant to massage therapy.

Qualifications:

Must be a

Certified Massage Therapist

with valid credentials. Minimum

2 years of experience

in massage therapy (preferably in wellness centers, spas, or hospitality industry). Strong understanding of anatomy, pressure points, and safe massage techniques. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Professional, respectful, and able to work with employees of diverse backgrounds.

Work Schedule:

Sessions will be scheduled during non-peak restaurant hours or as coordinated with the management team.
