Massage & Moroccan Therapist - Job Tasks & Responsibilities
Main Duties:
Perform professional massage therapy sessions, including Swedish, deep tissue, hot stone, aromatherapy, and other techniques as required.
Assess clients' physical condition, medical history, and preferences to determine appropriate massage techniques.
Provide relaxation and therapeutic treatments to promote health, wellness, and stress relief.
Prepare and maintain treatment rooms with clean linens, sanitized equipment, and appropriate ambiance.
Uphold high standards of hygiene, safety, and client confidentiality.
Explain procedures and benefits of treatments to clients.
Recommend suitable aftercare, stretches, or products for continued well-being.
Keep accurate records of treatments, client preferences, and feedback.
Follow spa policies, procedures, and health & safety regulations.
Collaborate with other spa or wellness staff to ensure an excellent client experience.
Stay updated on the latest massage & Moroccan techniques and wellness trends.
Additional Tasks (if applicable):
Assist in promoting spa services and packages.
Support front desk team in scheduling or rebooking clients.
Participate in team meetings and training sessions.
