Massage Therapist - Contrast Wellness

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Client Experience & Results

Provide exceptional massage therapy tailored to each guest's needs, with a
focus on recovery, deep tissue, sports, lymphatic, and relaxation techniques

Build rapport with guests and create a safe, welcoming, and calm environment Educate clients on the benefits of regular massage, recovery practices, and
Contrast services

Ensure that each guest leaves feeling improved, both physically and emotionally
Brand & Service Standards

Uphold the highest hygiene, grooming, and service standards at all times Ensure your treatment room is always clean, prepped, and aligned with brand
guidelines

Arrive early to set up and manage your bookings and session flow Take pride in every guest interaction as a representation of the Contrast brand
Sales Support

Work closely with the front-of-house team to upsell repeat bookings and
packages

Recommend complementary services such as ice baths, sauna, or IV therapy
where appropriate

Contribute to branch performance through service excellence, retention, and
client referrals

Track guest preferences, feedback, and progress to build strong client loyalty

REQUIREMENTS

Valid massage license or relevant therapeutic certification (UAE-recognized) 3+ years experience in a spa, wellness, physiotherapy, or recovery-focused
setting

Experience with deep tissue, sports recovery, lymphatic drainage, or cupping is a
strong plus

Comfortable working in a high-end, fast-paced, client-focused environment Positive, calm, and confident energy that aligns with the Contrast philosophy Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
