Message Therapist

Job objective:

Providing exceptional massage services to guests with the aim of improving their well-being and achieving a unique and therapeutic experience.

Main duties and detailed tasks:

Implement different massage techniques and customize sessions based on clients' needs and preferences. Conduct comprehensive consultations with clients to understand their health history and determine the best appropriate treatments and techniques. Ensuring the cleanliness and disinfection of massage rooms and adhering to safety standards. Orient clients on the benefits of massage and provide post-session self-care instructions. Effectively schedule and manage appointments and communicate with reception team to meet customer preferences. Using different techniques to provide professional massage services. Make decisions about session allocation and guide clients towards best practices for wellbeing.
Performance evaluation criteria:

Evaluate customer satisfaction and achieve continuous improvement in customer experience. Achieving high levels of quality and professionalism in providing massage services.

working conditions:

Work in a calm and soothing environment within leisure and wellness facilities. May be required to work unusual shifts based on customer needs.

Functional relationships:

Collaborate with the reception team to coordinate appointments and achieve a smooth customer experience.

External communications:

Interact professionally with clients and effectively provide guidance on self-care.

Group tasks:

Collaborate with co-workers to ensure a comprehensive and satisfactory customer experience.

Necessary skills:

Excellent communication skills and ability to express empathy. Ability to work in a team spirit and maintain a high level of professionalism.

Educational qualification:

A certificate or license in the art of massage from a recognized institution.

Practical experiences:

Proven experience as a massage therapist, preferably in a spa or wellness center.
training courses:

Participate in ongoing training courses to follow new massage techniques and improve technical skills.

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED2,500.00 per month
