Job Description

About the Role: As Massage Therapist, you will be responsible to coordinate with the team leader on the daily operation of the department, delivering high standard of Massage and Facial treatments and services to all guests. Reporting to the Salon Manager, responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following: Perform massage sessions to the guests in accordance with the massage schedule. Liaise with the whole team and deal with queries in a professional and effective manner. Ensure salon operation follows SOP guidelines and regulations. Conduct body treatment evaluation / reassessments for guests on a regular basis with regards to the standards required. Handle customer complaints and therapy queries. Manage the products and consumables for massage room as per SOP . Requirements: You should be a certified Spa Therapist with ideally internationally experiences within the same role in a hotel or spa environment.
