Job Responsibilities:
As a Full-Time Massage Therapist at Calm and Co, you will:
Provide professional massage therapy services, specializing in Thai Massage, Relaxing Massage, Hot Stone Massage, and other therapeutic treatments.
Deliver customized treatments based on client needs, ensuring a high standard of comfort and satisfaction.
Maintain a clean, safe, and relaxing work environment, adhering to all health and safety protocols.
Build and maintain rapport with clients to create a personalized and memorable wellness experience.
Promote wellness packages and products that complement our holistic offerings.
Stay updated on industry trends and continue to improve skills and techniques.
Ensure cleanliness and organization within treatment areas.
Maintain professionalism, punctuality, and a friendly demeanor at all times.
Manage appointment schedules efficiently.
Qualifications and Requirements:
Female candidates only.
Minimum 2 years of experience as a Massage Therapist with expertise in Brazilian Massage, Relaxing Massage, Hot Stone Massage, and other therapeutic techniques.
Certification in Massage Therapy or equivalent training from a recognized institution.
Strong knowledge of various massage techniques and their benefits.
Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
Fluent in English
Professional, well-groomed, and punctual.
Flexible and available to work full-time and during peak hours.
Previous experience in a wellness center or spa environment is preferred.
