to join our innovative wellness concept operating aboard a luxury houseboat. This role is focused on sports recovery, muscle rehabilitation, and physical performance enhancement, delivering a premium wellness experience to active individuals and athletes.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver professional sports massage treatments, including deep tissue, muscle recovery, and pre- and post-activity massage
Assess clients' physical condition and customize treatments based on individual needs and goals
Support muscle rehabilitation, injury prevention, and performance recovery
Apply correct techniques while maintaining the highest professional and ethical standards
Maintain exceptional cleanliness, hygiene, and organization of the treatment area
Create a calm, welcoming, and professional environment for all guests
Comply with all health, safety, and wellness regulations on board
Requirements:
Certified Sports Massage Therapist (recognized qualification required)
Minimum of 2 years' experience in sports massage, recovery, or rehabilitation
Strong understanding of anatomy, muscle function, and recovery techniques
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Physically fit and comfortable working in a houseboat environment
Professional appearance, positive attitude, and strong attention to detail
Fluency in English is required; additional languages are an advantage
