Responsibilities:
Perform sports massage and recovery treatments (pre-event, post-event, deep tissue, muscle release)
Assess muscle condition and client needs before each session
Develop customized treatment plans for athletes and active clients
Ensure correct techniques to prevent injury and support recovery
Maintain hygiene, cleanliness, and proper setup of treatment areas
Create a professional, calm, and welcoming environment on board
Follow all health, safety, and wellness standards
Requirements:
Certified Sports Massage Therapist (recognized qualification)
Minimum 2 years of experience in sports massage or rehabilitation
Knowledge of anatomy, muscle recovery, and injury prevention
Strong communication and customer service skills
Physically fit and comfortable working on a houseboat
Professional appearance and attitude
English required; additional languages are a plus
