Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and certified Thai Therapist to join our medical spa team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will be experienced in traditional Thai massage techniques and committed to delivering exceptional therapeutic services in a safe, professional, and welcoming environment. The therapist will work closely with medical and wellness teams to support client wellness and recovery.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform traditional Thai massage and other therapeutic treatments (e.g. Thai herbal compress, reflexology, deep tissue massage) according to spa protocols. Assess client needs and customize treatments based on their conditions, preferences, or medical history. Maintain high standards of client care, hygiene, and confidentiality. Educate clients on aftercare and potential benefits of treatments. Collaborate with medical professionals and wellness staff as needed to support holistic care plans. Ensure proper sanitation of treatment rooms and equipment. Maintain accurate records of client sessions and progress. Promote spa services and packages when appropriate.
Qualifications and Requirements:

Certified in Thai Massage Therapy from a recognized institution. Minimum 2 years of experience working as a Thai therapist, preferably in a medical or wellness spa. Basic knowledge of anatomy and body mechanics. Good spoken English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Professional appearance and demeanor. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays. UAE DOH (HAAD) license or eligibility is a strong advantage.
