Job Summary:

The Massage & Facial Therapist is responsible for delivering high-quality body massage and facial treatments to clients, ensuring a relaxing and rejuvenating experience that aligns with the salon's luxury standards. The therapist must have excellent knowledge of body anatomy, skincare products, and treatment protocols, maintaining professionalism and exceptional client care at all times.

Key Responsibilities:1. Service Delivery

Perform various body massage techniques (Swedish, Deep Tissue, Aromatherapy, Hot Stone, etc.) based on client needs. Conduct facial treatments tailored to different skin types using professional products and tools. Evaluate clients' conditions before and after treatments and provide personalized recommendations. Maintain accurate client records, including preferences, allergies, and treatment history.

2. Customer Service

Greet clients warmly and ensure comfort throughout the session. Educate clients on aftercare, skincare routines, and product recommendations. Handle customer feedback professionally and report any concerns to management.

3. Hygiene & Standards

Maintain a clean, organized, and well-sanitized treatment room before and after each client. Follow all salon hygiene, health, and safety protocols. Ensure proper storage and use of towels, oils, and products according to brand standards.

4. Team & Operations

Coordinate with reception to manage booking schedules efficiently. Support other therapists or beauticians during peak hours or events. Attend training sessions, workshops, and team meetings as required.

Qualifications & Skills:

Diploma or Certification in Massage Therapy and/or Facial Treatments. Minimum 2 years of experience in a spa or salon environment (UAE experience preferred). Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and skincare. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Presentable, reliable, and detail-oriented. Ability to handle multiple clients professionally and maintain confidentiality.

Working Conditions:

Full-time position with rotational shifts and weekends. Commission-based incentives for product sales and service targets. Uniform and training provided by the salon.
