Job Overview:

We are hiring skilled Masons to join a well-established Marble & granite company in UAE. This role involves building, repairing, and maintaining structures made of marbles, stone, and granites. Ideal candidates should have hands-on masonry experience, a good eye for detail, and the ability to follow construction plans accurately.

Key Responsibilities:

Lay bricks, stones, and concrete blocks according to design and specifications

Construct walls, foundations, arches, flooring, and other structural elements

Mix and apply mortar or other adhesives to bind building materials

Ensure structures are level, aligned, and meet safety and design standards

Repair damaged masonry work and perform maintenance as required

Read and interpret blueprints, sketches, and supervisor instructions

Safely operate masonry tools (trowels, hammers, drills, chisels, grinders, etc.)

Maintain a clean and organized work area

Follow safety regulations and project guidelines

Work effectively with supervisors and team members to meet project deadlines

Requirements:

Minimum 1-2 years of experience as a Mason (Gulf experience preferred)

Proficient in measuring, cutting, and installing masonry materials

Knowledge of masonry tools, machinery, and handling techniques

Ability to read blueprints and construction drawings

Physically fit and capable of lifting heavy materials and working in various physical positions

Basic communication in English, Hindi, or Urdu

Strong awareness of job site safety protocols

Willingness to work across different project sites and in varying weather conditions

Working Conditions:

6-day work week

Outdoor and non-air-conditioned environments possible
