About the Role
We are seeking a skilled and experienced
Marble and Porcelain Mason
to join our team for high-end
luxury villa projects
. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in
fabricating and installing marble and porcelain
surfaces with precision, artistry, and attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities
Fabrication and installation of
kitchen countertops, vanity tops, staircases, flooring, cladding, and TV units
using marble and porcelain.
Accurately
cut, polish, and finish
materials to meet design specifications and aesthetic standards.
Read and interpret
architectural drawings and technical plans
.
Ensure
precise fitting, alignment, and finishing
of all stone surfaces.
Maintain
high-quality craftsmanship
consistent with luxury interior standards.
Collaborate with designers, engineers, and project managers to achieve flawless results.
Follow
safety procedures
and maintain a clean, organized workspace.
Qualifications
Proven experience (3-5 years minimum) as a Marble Mason, Tile Setter, or Stone Fabricator.
Expertise in
porcelain and natural stone handling, cutting, and installation
.
Ability to work with precision tools and stone-cutting machinery.
Strong eye for detail and quality finishing.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Knowledge of
adhesives, sealants, and installation materials
for stone and porcelain.
Preferred Skills
Experience with
luxury residential or villa projects
.
Understanding of
modern design trends and high-end finishing techniques
.
Ability to take accurate measurements and execute customized designs.
