Position: Mason & Handyman Location: Ajman Job Role Summary:

• To ensure the uninterrupted flow of information to his immediate superior as well as to subordinate staff members
• To ensure the observance of time schedules.
• Observe & check that the work performed measures up to the standards of technical excellence, cleanliness and appearance.
• To ensure the careful notation of information regarding work activities on the maintenance cards.
• Evaluate suggestions for procedure improvements and present to superiors.
• To conduct repair and maintenance of guest rooms and public areas.
• Responsible for supply, storage and management of masonary stores.
• Prepare material requisition for presentation to superiors.
• To ensure co-operation between all members of the in-house staff.
• Checking of the workshop inventories.
• Strive to establish a positive, friendly and disciplined work atmosphere.
• Tools - to clean, lubricate, protect and otherwise maintain all tools and equipment in the hotel. To see that all tools used are returned to the shop and secured in proper storage area. To protect and otherwise maintain your assigned tool pouch and its tools at the discretion of the Chief Engineer/Assistant Chief Engineer.
• To ensure recording of daily system parameters.
• Assist in all departmental activities to achieve departmental goals and objectives.
