Work Schedule:

6 working days per week (Friday off) Duty Hours: 9 hours per day

Key Responsibilities:

Lay bricks, blocks, stones, and other materials to construct walls, partitions, columns, arches, and other structures for villas, flats, and commercial buildings Read and interpret building plans, blueprints, and technical drawings to determine layout and materials needed Prepare surfaces by cleaning and leveling before masonry work Mix mortar or concrete as required for various construction tasks Ensure structures are plumb, level, and properly aligned according to specifications Repair and maintain existing masonry work as needed Collaborate with site engineers and supervisors to ensure timely completion of work Follow all safety protocols and use proper PPE on site Clean work areas and maintain tools and equipment Assist in finishing tasks such as plastering or pointing as required

Key Requirements:

Minimum 2-3 years of masonry experience in villa, flat, or commercial construction projects Ability to read and understand construction plans and blueprints Skilled in mixing and applying mortar and concrete Knowledge of construction safety standards and PPE usage Strong physical stamina and ability to work in outdoor conditions Good communication skills in English or Hindi preferred Ability to work well independently or as part of a team
