is seeking to hire an experienced, professional, young and energetic ideal Male candidate for the

position of Mason with Fit out and Joinery Experience who can join immediately

.

To ensure success as Mason, you should possess the list of responsibilities and qualifications.

Required Eligibility & Qualification:

Mixing cement and mortar. Interpreting technical drawings Laying bricks and stones Performing construction duties, Construct masonry walls, Prepares surfaces prior to beginning work, Estimates materials and labor. To mix mortar or grout and spread it onto a slab or foundation. To mix cement using hoes, cement-mixing equipment, and/or hand tools. To lay bricks, blocks, or stones according to plans. To read blueprints or drawings to calculate materials needed. To construct corners with a corner pole or by building a corner pyramid. To ensure that a structure is perfectly vertical and horizontal, using a plumb bob and level. To clean and polish surfaces with hand or power tools. To lay out patterns or foundations using a straightedge. To break or cut bricks, stones, or blocks to their appropriate size. To clean excess mortar with trowels and other hand tools. To fill expansion joints with the appropriate caulking materials. To prepare surfaces prior to beginning work. Fabricate, alter, repair, and maintain walls, sidewalks, street curbs, floors, bathroom showers, sink counters, partitions, manholes, and other related structures or surfaces. Determine work requirements and sequence of masonry/tile assignments through review of work orders, plans, or drawings. Lay out work using chalk lines, plumb bobs, tapes, squares, and levels. To cut or break bricks and concrete using hammers, powered abrasive saws, paving breakers, drills, and/or hand tools. Candidate should have minimum of 10 years of experience in UAE.

Pay: AED1,000.00 - AED1,200.00 per month
