Job Responsibilities
Perform masonry work including laying bricks, blocks, and tiles
Mix and apply mortar, concrete, and other materials
Construct and repair walls, floors, partitions, and other structures
Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
Ensure work is completed according to specifications and safety standards
Collaborate with site supervisors and other trades on construction sites
Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition
Follow all health and safety regulations on site
Qualifications
Proven experience as a mason in construction projects
Ability to work with various materials including brick, stone, and concrete
Skilled in using masonry tools and equipment
Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship
Physical stamina and ability to work in outdoor environments
Team-oriented with good communication skills
Trade certification or vocational training is an advantage
