Mason / Multi-Skilled Technician Technical Services

Job Summary

The Mason / Multi-Skilled Technician is responsible for carrying out masonry, painting, and general handyman works to support technical services in residential, commercial, or industrial facilities. The role ensures that all civil, finishing, and minor maintenance works are executed to high standards, supporting MEP, HVAC, and general building services.

Key Responsibilities

Masonry & Civil Works
Perform block work, plastering, tiling, floor levelling, and concrete patching.
Carry out wall chasing, openings, and finishing works for electrical, plumbing, and HVAC installations.
Repair cracks, leaks, and damaged surfaces as required.
Painting & Finishing
Perform painting, polishing, and touch-up works for walls, ceilings, and other surfaces.
Prepare surfaces (scraping, sanding, priming) before application.
Handyman & General Maintenance
Assist in minor carpentry, plumbing, and electrical tasks.
Install and repair fixtures, fittings, and hardware (doors, locks, hinges, shelves, etc.).
Support AC/MEP teams during equipment installation and repair works.
Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance tasks as instructed.
Other Duties
Maintain tools and materials in good condition.
Follow safety procedures and company guidelines at all times.
Coordinate with supervisors and technicians to complete assigned tasks efficiently.
Provide assistance in emergency repair works when required.
Qualifications

3-5 years' experience in facilities management, construction, or technical services.
Skilled in masonry, plastering, tiling, and painting works.
Knowledge of safe use of hand tools, power tools, and maintenance equipment.
Ability to perform multi-trade tasks independently.
