Key Responsibilities:
Perform all types of masonry work including block laying, brickwork, plastering (internal and external), and tiling
Construct and repair walls, floors, partitions, and other structures
Mix mortar and cement properly to required consistency and ratios
Measure and align structures accurately using levels and other tools
Apply finishing techniques as required, including smooth plaster and decorative finishes
Lay tiles on floors and walls, ensuring correct alignment, spacing, and level
Repair and maintain existing masonry structures
Follow blueprints, drawings, and site instructions
Ensure proper use and maintenance of tools and materials
Requirements:
Minimum 2-4 years of relevant masonry experience in the UAE construction industry
Knowledge of local construction methods, materials, and safety regulations
Ability to read basic construction drawings and layout markings
Physical fitness and ability to work in hot/outdoor environments
Reliable, punctual, and capable of working independently or as part of a team
