Job Purpose

To carry out general and finishing masonry works in the areas of laying, leveling, plastering, flooring, tiling, etc. on site in accordance with quality specifications and schedules and within timeframes thereby enabling timely completion of jobs

Essential Roles and Responsibilities

:

Carry out laying and leveling of concrete, block works and plastering activities (general works) as instructed by the Supervisor and in accordance to quality standards specified. Carry out plastering and fixing of floor and wall tiles and marbles (finishing works) as required and instructed by the Supervisor. Supervise and lead a team of masons (sub-contractor manpower) and inspect works carried out for adherence to quality standards and achievement of time frames (as a charge hand). Perform assigned tasks within specified timeframes and as per coverage area assigned. Manage the tool box assigned and replace tools as and when necessary

Job Requirements:

3 - 5 years as a skilled mason in interiors / civil industry Must have know how of general and finishing masonry works.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED1,500.00 - AED1,800.00 per month
