Responsible for performing masonry maintenance, repair, and minor construction works within residential, commercial, or industrial properties managed by the facilities company.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform masonry repairs such as patching walls, repairing tiles, blocks, bricks, and paving.
Carry out concrete work including casting of slabs, kerbs, and small civil works.
Respond to work orders and complaints related to masonry and civil repairs.
Identify material requirements and report shortages.
Maintain cleanliness and safety of work areas after tasks.
Coordinate with other maintenance staff (electrical, plumbing, HVAC) for joint repair works.
prepare and paint surfaces in apartments, offices, common areas, and external walls.
Conduct touch-up painting, re-coating, and color matching as required.
Fill cracks, holes, and surface imperfections using plaster or putty.
Assist with wallpaper installation or removal if needed.
