3. Measuring and Cutting: Measuring dimensions and cutting materials accurately to fit them into the desired specifications.
4. Laying Foundation and Structures: Constructing walls, pillars, and other structures by laying bricks or stones in specified patterns and securing them with mortar.
5. Mixing Mortar and Concrete: Preparing mortar and concrete mixtures to ensure they meet required standards.
6. Installing Masonry Units: Setting bricks and stones, ensuring their proper alignment and leveling, and applying mortar as needed.
7. Repairing and Restoring: Repairing existing masonry structures, including repointing (replacing old mortar) and restoring historical buildings.
8. Finishing Surfaces: Smoothing and finishing surfaces for aesthetic appeal, which may involve techniques like plastering or pointing.
9. Maintaining Tools and Equipment: Keeping tools and machinery in good working order and ensuring safety standards are met.
10. Following Safety Protocols: Adhering to safety regulations and using protective gear to prevent injuries on the job site.
