POSITION TITLE: Mason Summary Description: A mason is the one who has to play a very vital role in any construction. He or she has to build structures from different materials like brick, concrete and stone. A mason is the one who plans the reality of the work of engineers who design and plan construction. A mason may be the one who lead a group of construction crew in the construction project. A) Responsibilities and Duties:
- The person has the responsibility to prepare the construction site by leveling and cleaning the ground.
- He or she needs to construct the building as per the blueprints and the graphics perfectly.
- He or she has to mix the cement in required proportions as it will be the main job.
- He or she needs to handle the construction equipment and machines as well as the equipment\'s.
- He or she needs to present the estimates of work force and materials required to the project in charge A mason needs to be aware of all the safety precautions and the rule since the job involves many like construction at high levels and mixing toxic materials for construction.
- He or she has to work in the bad weathers and seasons until the construction is done as well.
- Good understanding of the Maintenance operations
