Key Responsibilities
Perform tiling tasks such as cutting, shaping, and installing ceramic, porcelain, marble, granite, and other tile types on various surfaces.
Carry out general masonry work including plastering, blockwork, bricklaying, and surface finishing.
Prepare work areas by leveling, smoothing, and applying waterproofing materials when required.
Conduct grouting, sealing, and finishing to ensure long-lasting and visually appealing results.
Repair or replace damaged tiles and masonry surfaces as needed.
Read and interpret drawings, layouts, and specifications to complete work accurately.
Mix mortar, concrete, adhesives, and grout to the correct consistency.
Follow workplace safety standards and site procedures at all times.
Coordinate with supervisors and other trades to meet project schedules.
Qualifications, Experience & Skills
High school education or relevant training in Masonry, Construction, or related fields.
Minimum of 2-3 years' experience in masonry works including tiling, plastering, and blockwork.
Proficiency in masonry tools, tile cutters, leveling devices, and related equipment.
Ability to interpret technical drawings and work independently with minimal supervision.
Knowledge of construction site safety practices.
Physically fit with the stamina required for manual labor.
Basic English communication skills.
Locally available in Qatar with a valid QID and transferable visa.
Immediate availability is an advantage.
