Key Responsibilities:
Perform brickwork, blockwork, plastering, and tiling according to project specifications.
Repair and maintain walls, floors, partitions, and other masonry structures.
Mix cement, mortar, and concrete as required for various tasks.
Lay bricks, blocks, and tiles in proper alignment, ensuring quality finishing.
Read and interpret drawings, blueprints, and work instructions.
Ensure tools and equipment are properly used and maintained.
Follow all safety regulations and company standards on-site.
Assist in other civil or finishing works when required.
Qualifications and Requirements:
Minimum
2 years of experience
as a Mason in construction or maintenance projects.
Knowledge of different types of masonry materials and techniques.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
Physically fit and able to work in outdoor and site conditions.
Basic understanding of safety practices and site procedures.
