We are urgently looking for Mason Cum Painter who are available to join immediately. An ideal candidate should have the following listed skills: Trade Diploma and 2 years working experience in GCC Knowledge of related tools, masonry techniques, equipment and materials. This position requires basic skills in the following categories: Painting - Fixture, Furniture, Carpentry works Gypsum Board, Decoration work is advantage Skill in the construction, alteration, repair, and maintenance of masonry structures and surfaces. Able to understand English JOB DESCRIPTION Prepares surfaces prior to beginning work. Fabricates, alters, repairs, and maintains walls, sidewalks, street curbs, floors, bathroom showers, sink counters, partitions, manholes, and other related structures or surfaces. Lays blocks or bricks following blueprints, plans, or drawings. Determines work requirements and sequence of masonry/tile assignments through review of work orders, plans, or drawings. Lays out work using chalk lines, plumb bobs, tapes, squares, and levels. Mixes cement using hoes, cement-mixing equipment, and/or hand tools. Cuts or breaks bricks and concrete using hammers, powered abrasive saws, paving breakers, drills, and/or hand tools. Painting/Polishing of surfaces such as walls, doors facade, and other fixtures requiring such service. Responsible for all decorations maintenance repair works, wall papering, painting and decorating, etc. To carry out all preparation works and decorate all ceilings and walls within the complex. To prepare and decorate all woodwork i.e. doors, architrave's, window and skirting boards. To repair and maintain existing wall coverings. Should be able to work and identify different types of paint, paint related item. Should be able to work and deliver under pressure. Molds expansion joints and edges using edging tools, jointers, and straightedge To maintain stock / materials for any contingency Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Salary: AED2,100.00 per month Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Ability to commute/relocate:
