Carry out tile, brick, and cement works for maintenance projects
Repair, and maintain walls, floors, partitions, sidewalks, and related structures
Mix cement and prepare construction materials as per job requirements
Perform interior and exterior painting works including gypsum
Prepare surfaces by sanding, scraping, blasting, and cleaning before painting
Apply paint, polish, stains, wallpaper, and fabric finishes
Repair and paint doors, including surface finishing and touch-up works
Perform basic carpentry works such as fixing, repairing, and adjustments
Carry out gypsum works including installation, repair, and finishing of gypsum boards and ceilings.
