to join our Facilities Management team. The ideal candidates will be responsible for performing a variety of repair and maintenance tasks across residential, commercial, or industrial properties.
Mason - Key Responsibilities:
Perform block work, plastering, tiling, and concrete repairs.
Carry out general masonry repairs (walls, floors, ceilings, outdoor surfaces).
Inspect and assess structures to ensure stability and compliance with standards.
Mix materials (cement, sand, etc.) and prepare surfaces for masonry work.
Maintain cleanliness and safety of work areas.
Carpenter - Key Responsibilities:
Perform carpentry work including door and window repairs, furniture fixing, ceiling and partition installations.
Read and interpret drawings, blueprints, and specifications.
Install shelves, cabinets, and other wooden fixtures.
Repair and refurbish damaged wooden structures or fittings.
Ensure accuracy in measurements and cutting to fit structures.
Requirements (for both positions):
Minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience in a facilities management or construction environment.
Ability to work independently and follow instructions.
Good understanding of safety regulations and procedures.
Physically fit and capable of manual work.
Immediate joiners preferred.
