for an All-rounder Mason for floor work, walls, marbles, plaster, interlock, curved stone, floor screeding including grouting
. He will be responsible for the completion of other services or duties as requested by the Site Supervisor.
KEY ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Identifies, plans, and implements the layout necessary to achieve a desired pattern or design.
Measures and marks surfaces to be tiled.
Constructs underbed and sets anchor bolts, wires, and brackets.
Mixes, applies, and spreads plaster, concrete, mortar, cement, mastic, glue, or other adhesive to apply, seal, and finish tile and marble flooring, counters, or walls.
Uses levels, squares, straightedges, and hand or power cutting tools to complete jobs.
Ensures masonry materials are properly aligned and straightened.
Cuts and shapes tile as needed, making precision cuts to fit around objects and into abnormal spaces and corners.
Levels concrete and ensures that proper dry time is granted.
Finishes, dresses, and cleans joints and grout.
Performs other related duties as assigned.
Maintaining tools and workspaces.
Lifting, carrying and placing prepared blocks, tiles, marbles.
Reading, understanding and following technical requirement of the site.
Restoring old and worn tiles/marbles using apt fillers and mixers.
salary as per experience
