to join our construction team, specializing in civil and structural works for residential villas. The ideal candidate must have at least 2 years of proven work experience in the UAE, with strong hands-on knowledge of masonry work in villa construction and maintenance.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform masonry tasks including blockwork, plastering, tiling, screeding, and concrete work as required in villa construction projects.
Build and repair walls, floors, partitions, and other structures using bricks, blocks, and other masonry materials.
Interpret and work from technical drawings and site plans.
Ensure all work is performed according to project specifications, safety regulations, and UAE standards.
Collaborate with engineers, supervisors, and other trades to ensure smooth workflow and timely completion of projects.
Conduct surface preparation before masonry applications and finishing after the work is completed.
Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas in a clean and functional state.
Support other construction-related tasks as assigned by the supervisor or project manager.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of masonry-related work experience in the UAE, specifically in villa construction or maintenance.
Strong skills in bricklaying, plastering, tile fixing, and concrete finishing.
Knowledge of construction materials, techniques, and safety protocols.
Technical diploma or certification in Civil or Construction Technology is preferred.
Ability to read and follow basic technical drawings and instructions.
Physically fit and capable of working in various conditions (indoor, outdoor, hot weather, at heights).
Strong attention to detail, reliability, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Basic understanding of other construction trades is an advantage.
