to join our Facility Management team. The candidate will be responsible for carrying out masonry maintenance and repair works across residential, commercial, and industrial facilities.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform masonry maintenance works including block work, plastering, tiling, and minor concrete repairs
Repair cracks, damaged walls, floors, and structures
Carry out finishing works such as plaster smoothening and surface leveling
Support general maintenance activities as required
Follow safety procedures and company standards
Coordinate with supervisors and other maintenance staff
Requirements:
Proven experience as a
Mason in maintenance or facility management
Knowledge of masonry tools, materials, and repair techniques
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Physically fit and able to work on-site
Basic understanding of safety practices
Immediate availability is an advantage
Preferred Qualifications:
Previous experience in a Facility Management company
Ability to handle multiple maintenance tasks
