MASA XL 9.1, XL 9.2, and VB block production lines.
Ensure smooth daily production with minimum downtime.
Monitor production parameters to achieve required
quality, output, and consistency.
Coordinate with maintenance team for troubleshooting and preventive maintenance.
Implement production planning to meet daily and monthly targets.
Ensure compliance with
safety, quality, and operational standards.
Optimize raw material usage and reduce wastage.
Maintain production records, reports, and machine performance data.
Train and guide operators to improve productivity and efficiency.
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering is mandatory.
3-5 years of experience
in
concrete block / paver / precast production.
Strong hands-on experience with
MASA XL 9.1, XL 9.2, and VB machines.
Good understanding of block mix designs and production workflows.
Ability to handle shift operations and factory floor challenges.
Strong problem-solving and technical troubleshooting skills.

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
