Job Description
As a Martial Arts Coach, you will play a vital role in shaping the lives of our students. You will lead classes, instill discipline, and impart the techniques and values of martial arts. Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute martial arts classes for students of all ages and skill levels.
- Teach WTF or WAKO kickboxing.
- Focus on character development, self-defense, and physical fitness.
- Provide individualized coaching and feedback to students.
- Ensure a safe and inclusive training environment.
- Organize and participate in martial arts events, competitions, and demonstrations.
- Promote our academy\'s values and commitment to martial arts excellence.
- Black belt or equivalent rank in one or more martial arts disciplines.
- Previous coaching or teaching experience with junior students at grassroots level.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for martial arts and a commitment to continuous learning.
- First aid and CPR certification (or willingness to obtain).
