Dream Play Academy is seeking a skilled and passionate martial arts instructor/coach to join our team. As a Martial Arts Instructor/Coach, you will be responsible for managing and delivering martial arts classes Extra-Curricular Activities and Academy running locationsin the UAE. Key Responsibilities: Plan and deliver high-quality martial arts classes for children and adults in line with the organization\'s curriculum and standards. Ensure a safe and inclusive environment for all participants, adhering to the relevant health and safety guidelines and procedures. Motivate and inspire students to achieve their potential and promote the benefits of martial arts in terms of physical fitness, self-defense, and mental wellbeing. Manage class logistics, including lesson plans, equipment, and attendance records, and liaise with parents and other stakeholders as required. Staying up-to-date with new techniques, trends, and best practices in martial arts. Requirements: Minimum 1 years of experience teaching martial arts to children and adults, preferably in a similar role. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with students, parents, and colleagues. Ability to work effectively as part of a team, collaborating with other instructors and support staff. Passion for martial arts and a commitment to sharing your knowledge and expertise with others.
