Job Description
We are looking to hire a detail-oriented and reliable
Marketplace Specialist
to manage daily operations across online marketplaces. The ideal candidate will handle customer communication, product listings, and order processing while ensuring accurate stock and content management.Key Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries on marketplaces in a timely and professional manner Update and monitor product stock levels Upload and process orders in the internal system Check and maintain product content (descriptions, images, listings) Confident user of Excel and Word English language proficiency (reading and written communication) Attention to detail and basic understanding of marketplace workflows
Requirements:
Basic understanding of online marketplace workflows Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Confident user of
Microsoft Excel and Word
GoodEnglish reading and written communication skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlinesPreferred (Optional):
Prior experience working with online marketplaces Familiarity with e-commerce systems or inventory management
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: AED6,000.00 per month
Expected hours: 20 - 30 per week
