Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor and analyze daily and weekly sales performance across all assigned online stores.
  • Review key performance indicators and identify opportunities to improve sales and operational efficiency.
  • Participate in regular performance review calls with store teams and marketplace partners.
  • Coordinate with partners to manage accurate product listings across online marketplace platforms.
  • Work closely with store teams to align online assortments with commercial and operational requirements.
  • Conduct regular assortment health checks, including delisting non-performing or non-commercial items.
  • Share and execute promotional calendars to improve product visibility and online sales performance.
  • Identify and resolve content gaps between physical promotions and online listings.
  • Coordinate with internal IT and operations teams to ensure smooth stock and pricing updates through SFTP.
  • Support new store launches, including onboarding and training of store teams and pickers.
  • Prepare performance reports and provide actionable insights to management and store teams.
  • Handle daily operational escalations, customer complaints, and out-of-stock risks in a timely manner.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with IT, commercial, operations, and aggregator partners to ensure seamless marketplace execution.
Ideal Profile
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in e-commerce, online marketplace operations, or retail sales environments.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data and KPIs.
  • Experience working with online marketplace platforms and aggregator partners.
  • Proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, or similar data analysis tools.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to coordinate across multiple teams.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced retail environment.
  • Problem-solving mindset with the ability to manage operational challenges effectively.
