Job Description

We are seeking a creative and analytical Marketing Specialist to support the development and execution of marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and business growth. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, data-driven, and passionate about delivering results through both digital and traditional marketing channels.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement marketing campaigns across digital (email, social media, PPC, SEO, content) and offline channels. Conduct market research to identify trends, target audiences, and competitive positioning. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., sales, product, design) to align messaging and branding. Analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, HubSpot, or similar platforms; provide insights and recommendations. Manage content creation, including blog posts, email newsletters, social media, and promotional materials. Assist with event planning and execution, including trade shows, webinars, and product launches. Monitor and manage the company's social media presence. Support lead generation initiatives and CRM/database management.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field. 2+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in a B2B or B2C environment. Proficiency with digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Mailchimp, Canva, Hootsuite). Strong writing, editing, and communication skills. Experience with data analysis and reporting. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines. Creative mindset with attention to detail.

Preferred Skills:

Experience with marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo). Basic design skills (Adobe Creative Suite or Canva). SEO/SEM experience. Familiarity with CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress).
