Key Responsibilities:

• Market Research: Conduct thorough research to identify opportunities, trends, and potential threats in the market.
• Competitor Analysis: Analyze competitor strategies and performance to identify areas of differentiation and opportunity.
• Campaign Planning: Develop and oversee the execution of marketing campaigns that resonate with target audiences and achieve client objectives.
• Performance Monitoring: Monitor and analyze campaign performance and adjust strategies as needed to maximize ROI.
• Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with creative, media, digital, and other teams within the agency to ensure alignment and cohesion in strategy execution.
• Thought Leadership: Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices, contributing insights and knowledge to both clients and internal teams.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Marketing Strategist or similar role, preferably within a marketing agency environment.
• Strong understanding of all aspects of marketing, including digital, content, social media, SEO, advertising, and branding.
• Exceptional analytical and strategic thinking skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under tight deadlines.
• Bachelor\'s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with marketing tools and platforms such as Google Analytics, HubSpot, Adobe Suite, etc.
