Job Description

Blueskystudio is a creative photography studio based in Dubai, specializing in fashion, commercial, and personal shoots. We are looking for a marketing specialist who has a strong understanding of targeted advertising and knows how to launch effective ad campaigns that attract new clients and boost brand visibility in the digital space.

Key Responsibilities:

Launch and optimize targeted advertising campaigns (Meta Ads is the top priority) Set up audiences, funnels, and retargeting strategies Analyze campaign performance and continuously improve results Prepare creatives and briefs for designers, or work with ready-made content Manage ad budgets and provide performance reports Support the promotion of the studio's social media (Instagram, TikTok) Generate leads for studio shoots, content packages, corporate and personal clients

Requirements:

At least 1 year of hands-on experience with targeted advertising Confident use of Meta Ads Manager (Facebook/Instagram), TikTok Ads is a plus Strong analytical skills and understanding of user behavior Basic knowledge of creative and visual content strategy Proactive, independent, and idea-driven approach English proficiency for team communication and coordination

Bonus if you have:

Experience working with fashion / beauty / lifestyle brands Skills in SMM or visual copywriting Understanding of the Dubai market and social media audience
