Job Description

We are looking for a Marketing Specialist who will be instrumental in developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies that drive engagement and achieve business objectives. You'll have the opportunity to blend creativity with analytical rigor, playing a key role in shaping our brand's voice and reach.

Key Responsibilities:

Campaign Management:

Strategize, implement, and optimize integrated digital and traditional marketing campaigns to maximize reach and impact.

Market Intelligence:

Conduct thorough market research to identify emerging trends, analyze customer behavior, and monitor competitor activities, providing actionable insights.

Performance Analytics:

Track, analyze, and report on key marketing metrics (KPIs) to evaluate campaign effectiveness and demonstrate return on investment (ROI).

Content & Collateral Development:

Assist in the conceptualization and design of various marketing materials, including layouts, brochures, advertisements, presentations, and other promotional collaterals.

Video Content Creation:

Produce engaging video content tailored for social media platforms, promotional initiatives, and corporate events, from concept to final edit.

Cross-functional Collaboration:

Work closely with sales, product development, and other internal departments to ensure marketing initiatives are aligned with overarching business goals and brand messaging.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a closely related field. Demonstrated professional experience in both digital and traditional marketing environments. Strong understanding of marketing Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and proficiency in various analytics tools. Proficiency in graphic design software such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite (e.g., Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), or similar tools. Basic to intermediate video editing skills (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, DaVinci Resolve, or similar platforms). Exceptional communication (written and verbal) and organizational skills with a keen eye for detail. A highly creative mindset, coupled with a results-driven approach and the ability to think innovatively.
