Responsibilities
Develop and execute marketing campaigns to promote medical services, providers, and programs
Manage digital marketing efforts including website content, email campaigns, and social media
Coordinate patient outreach initiatives and community engagement programs
Create marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, newsletters, and ads
Track and analyze campaign performance and prepare reports
Ensure all marketing activities comply with healthcare regulations (HIPAA, patient privacy standards)
Collaborate with physicians, administrative staff, and leadership teams
Support branding and reputation management initiatives
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Healthcare Administration, or related field
5+ years of marketing experience in a medical center, hospital, clinic, or healthcare organization
Knowledge of healthcare marketing regulations and best practices
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Experience with digital marketing tools, CRM systems, and analytics platforms
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with patient acquisition or referral marketing
Familiarity with EMR/EHR systems and healthcare platforms
Graphic design or content creation experience is a plus
