We are seeking a hardworking Marketing Specialist to join our marketing team. You will be working with our marketing team in all stages of marketing campaigns under the guidance of our Marketing Manager. As a Marketing Specialist, you should also be able to develop marketing content for digital platforms and measure the effectiveness of the same. Moreover, you should also be able to carry out promotional campaigns and events to build client base. To accomplish the job responsibilities, you should be familiar with various marketing analytics tools. In addition to this, you should be detail-oriented and have the ability to manage strict deadlines. Furthermore, you should be able to achieve the marketing targets and goals within the specified time period.
Responsibilities
Develop digital media strategies with business goals aligned with the company’s vision.
Establish our online presence and create brand awareness.
Run day to day social media and search engine optimization audits to ensure best practices are being used.
Maintain SEO regular keyword research and other best practices.
Create visual concepts for promotional activities.
Create and monitor Google Ads marketing campaigns and coordinate with the graphics team to create engaging display ads.
Spread the company’s message through social media and other online mediums.
Increase the company’s sales through online marketing.
Improve customer engagement using various marketing strategies.
Supervise ROI and KPIs.
Brainstorming and developing effective marketing plans
Conducting market and competitor research
Helping clients build brand awareness
Staying up-to-date with the latest marketing trends and developments
Building and maintaining long term business relationships with clients
Assisting in generating various marketing content for digital and social media platforms
Coordinating with the marketing team in developing and analyzing marketing campaigns, data, and conversion rates
Communicating with the Media Planner and Marketing Strategist in planning marketing events and activities
Requirements
BSc degree in Marketing or similar field.
Proven work experience as a Digital Media Specialist or Digital Marketing Manager.
A portfolio mentioning the projects undertaken so far would be preferred.
Familiarity with marketing analytics tools such as Google Analytics and Hubspot
Quality content generation and management skills.
Effective leadership and time management skills.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, Journalism, or a related field
Proven work experience as a Marketing Specialist, Marketing Coordinator, or a similar role in the Marketing industry
Complete knowledge of the latest marketing trends and developments
Understanding of SEO, SEM, Keywords and similar web development tools and techniques
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to conduct in-depth research
Highly motivated and creative individual
Ability to work under pressure and manage strict deadlines
A team player and ability to work independently
